We are dedicating Sunday, June 5 during both our morning services, at 9 and 11 a.m., a time to say THANK YOU to all who protect and serve our community.
Our Appreciation Day is for both Petra and community people who serve as fire fighters, EMTs, law enforcement officers, and others who respond to emergency situations.
We encourage first responders to come in uniform and to drive to Petra in their emergency vehicles. Emergency equipment and vehicles will be parked in the East Parking Lot. We will also have a table in the Atrium for fire prevention safety info and giveaways.
Weather permitting, we will have fire, ambulance, and police vehicles.
First responder and their families will receive a gift card and be offered a pizza lunch after the 11 a.m. service
